El Gato Negro (The Black Cat)  is the pen name and creative alias of Skipp Waller CEO and Executive Producer/Designer of Black Cat Productions. Born in Chester, Pennsylvania, he has dedicated his life's work to uplifting creative minds of young women and men that come from undeserved communities similar to that of his hometown. The belief being: that regardless of the circumstances you are born or how dark your past, you can still overcome and achieve your dreams. You are NEVER defined by your environment, but the character of your soul and the determination to be better.
